Although we participate with most major care plans, please call us before your appointment to confirm your insurance carrier is on our list. In the case your procedure needs pre-authorization, please contact your insurance company prior to your visit too.
If your provider is out-of-network, our staff is happy to file a claim with your insurance company. We can also work out a payment plan with you after insurance has paid its portion.
