Your doctor has requested that you have an examination that will determine whether you have osteoporosis.
- There is no prep for this examination.
- Please wear socks and shoes for this examination. (no nylons)
- You will sit on a chair and immerse your feet in water. Information will be obtained with the use of ultrasound.
- The procedure will take 5-10 minutes.
